Lt Col Pradeep Bhatia, an alumni of NDA Khadakvasla, is an ex Infantry Officer of the Indian Army. While in service, he has been posted all over India, including a tenure in one of the SSB boards in Allahabad (UP) as a GTO for about 3 years. He has also had two foreign tenures (one in Israel for a joint military training with the Israeli Army, and the other in NewZealand to train the NewZealand Army in Counter-terrorism operations). Most of his tenures in India have been in the Combat zones of J&K state and in the North-Eastern regions of Nagaland and Assam. Since taking early retirement from the Army in the year 2006, he has been abroad in the USA for 9 years on a work visa, working there for a large logistics company. Since his return back to India in 2015, he has been associated in the field of education, working in various Institutes all over India as their English and soft skills faculty and SSB Interview Trainer. Lt Col Pradeep Bhatia has travelled to many countries of the world and is also an acclaimed speaker. He has taken numerous Motivational Presentations and Communication skills workshops for Schools, Colleges and the Corporate Houses.

Mr. Dharmendra Bhalse the Founder and Academic Director of Indore defence Academy has been educating different belts of students as English and General study teacher over last 20 years. Mr. Dharmendra comes from very humble beginnings. From a very young age, he has always been inclined towards education and teaching others and his compassionate and motivating nature aids him to do so. Mr. Bhalse completed most of his schooling and college education from Madhya Pradesh and currently holds degrees MA and M Phill. From a very young age, Mr. Bhalse has been passionate about civil services from and appeared in UPSC and PSC exams many times.
